The cartoon depicts the negative effects of the current health care system on the common citizen and the prolonged inconveniences brought forth by the senate's hesitation to pass the new health care bill. The cartoon is in favor of the bill and is questioning the reasons for the delay of its emforcement. I disagree with the intensity of the message because the health care reform bill has many questionable aspects such as it's response to questions such as abortion and illegal immigration. however, the current system is much too costly and the delay is necessary to bring about corrections to bill where needed.
